Andy Lubershane

Andy Lubershane is a Partner, Research & Innovation at Energy Impact Partners, where he leads market research on emerging energy and climate technologies to guide venture investments. His work supports investments across early- to late-stage venture and growth, with a global remit across the energy transition and climate technology landscape. Previously at Energy Impact Partners, he served as Managing Director, Research & Innovation; SVP, Research & Strategy; Senior Director, Research; and Director of Research. Earlier roles include Principal Researcher, Senior Analyst, and Research Analyst at IHS/IHS Emerging Energy Research; Graduate Student Instructor and Technology & Policy Research Assistant at the University of Michigan; Energy Finance Intern at the Clean Energy Coalition; and Teaching Fellow at Citizen Schools. Andy holds degrees from the University of Michigan and Wesleyan University and resides in South Portland, Maine.
