Kofi Ampadu

Kofi Ampadu is a Partner and Head of TxO at Andreessen Horowitz, where he invests in pre-seed, seed, and venture-stage startups across Consumer Packaged Goods, Software, Fashion, Gaming, Media, Music, Retail, Consumer Internet, and Enterprise, with investments spanning the United States and Africa. He serves on the advisory board of ForbesBLK and lives in New York, United States. Before Andreessen Horowitz, he was the Founder and General Partner at SKU’d Ventures, a Kauffman Fellow (Class 29), a Venture Advisor at the Tsai Center for Innovative Thinking at Yale (Tsai CITY), and an Alumni Director and Fellow at the Startup Leadership Program; earlier, he worked as a Consultant at Accenture and as an Engineer at Kraft General Foods. Kofi studied at Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business and at Rochester Institute of Technology.
