Brad Gerstner is the Founder & CEO of Altimeter Capital, where he invests in technology companies across the United States from Series A through post-IPO. His investments include Snowflake, Zillow, ByteDance, OpenAI, and Anduril. His sector focus spans AI, SaaS/data infrastructure, fintech, crypto/web3, developer tools/devops, and biotech/healthtech. Altimeter raised a fund in 2018. Before Altimeter, he was a Portfolio Manager at PAR Capital Management, a Founding Principal at General Catalyst, Deputy Secretary of State for the State of Indiana, and an attorney at Ice Miller. He holds degrees from Harvard Business School, Indiana University Maurer School of Law, the University of Oxford, and Wabash College, and resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
