Maha Ibrahim is a General Partner at Canaan Partners where she invests across Seed through Series G stages in sectors including e-commerce, enterprise/cloud, social gaming, AI, cybersecurity, digital health, robotics, and infrastructure software. She is investing from Canaan’s $850 million raised across two new funds in April 2023 and focuses on companies in the United States, particularly California and the West Coast. She serves on the boards of Deckers Brands; Major League Baseball Players, Inc.; the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace (Board of Trustees); and the Stanford Athletics DAPER Lodato Fund (Chairperson). Her investments include The RealReal, Kabam, Metacloud, and Virsto Software. Maha holds a PhD in Economics from MIT and an MA in Sociology/Organizational Leadership and a BA in Economics from Stanford University, and resides in Sarasota, Florida.
