Amal Dokhan is Managing Partner MENA at 500 Global, where she leads the Sanabil 500 MENA Seed Accelerator fund investing in early-stage tech startups across the Middle East and North Africa, including Saudi Arabia and the GCC. She invests at the pre-seed and seed through early stage venture, with sector exposure that includes FinTech, HealthTech, NFTs/Blockchain, EdTech, Logistics, DeepTech, Agriculture, and SaaS. She has invested in companies such as Funding Souq, CADO Gifting, Yasmina, Rabbit, and Octa. Amal serves on the boards of the Middle East Venture Capital Association and the Saudi Venture Capital and Private Equity Association. Previously, she was Director of the Babson Global Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership at Babson College; a Vision Realization Office Consultant at the Saudi Ministry of Health; CEO and Board Member (Saudi) at the Global Entrepreneurship Network; and a Program Design Lead / Learning & Program Design Manager at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST). She holds a degree from the University of Wollongong and is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
