Tess van Stekelenburg is a Partner at Lux Capital where she invests in Seed and Series A-stage startups across areas including AI/ML, healthcare and biotechnology, robotics, space, advanced manufacturing, and computing infrastructure. She’s operating off a $1.475B fund raised in June 2021, and invests in companies across the United States. Before Lux, she was on the investment team at Hummingbird Ventures; prior to that she worked in computational neuroscience research at the University of Oxford and as a Research Engineer at UCL’s Gatsby Computational Neuroscience Unit. Tess graduated from the University of Oxford and lives in the United States.
