Yusuf Ozdalga

Yusuf Ozdalga is a Partner and Head of UK & Europe at QED Investors, where he invests in Seed, Series A, Series B, Early and Late Stage venture rounds across fintech sectors including consumer finance, lending, payments, auto fintech, wealthtech, proptech, e-commerce, and core banking/infrastructure. He focuses on Europe, the United Kingdom, and EMEA. He serves on the boards of Payhawk, Wayflyer, Weavr, GetGround, and ShopCircle, and has invested in companies like Wagestream, Zopa, Fidel API, Carmoola, and Midas. Before QED Investors, he was Investment Director at NCB Capital; Director, Private Equity at Unicorn Investment Bank; Co‑Founder & Managing Director at Frukton; Director, Principal Finance at Lehman Brothers; Associate, Mergers & Acquisitions at J.P. Morgan Securities, Inc.; and a Business Manager at Capital One.
