Justin Klein, MD, JD is Co-Founder & Managing Partner at Vensana Capital, where he invests in healthcare venture capital and growth equity across medical devices and technology, diagnostics, life science tools, digital health, technology-enabled healthcare services, and healthcare IT. He invests at Series A, Series B, Series C, Series F, venture rounds, and growth equity in the United States. He serves on the boards of CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, Duke University School of Medicine (Board of Visitors), AdvaMed Accel, the Medical Device Manufacturers Association, and the Johns Hopkins Center for Bioengineering Innovation & Design (Advisory Board). He has invested in companies like Cleerly, ChromaCode, Intact Vascular, Nevro, and Relievant Medsystems. Before Vensana, he was a Partner at New Enterprise Associates and a Trustee at Virginia Commonwealth University’s College of Engineering. Justin earned degrees from Duke University School of Medicine, Harvard Law School, and Duke University, and lives in McLean, Virginia.
