Nina Kjellson

Nina Kjellson is a General Partner at Canaan Partners where she invests in biotechnology. She invests across Seed, Series A, Series B, Series C, and Post-IPO Equity stages, and focuses on companies in the United States, including California, the San Francisco Bay Area, the West Coast, and the Western US. She serves on the boards of Actio Biosciences, Proxygen, Rondo Therapeutics, Trishula Therapeutics, and Tizona Therapeutics, and has invested in companies like Actio Biosciences, Proxygen, Rondo Therapeutics, Trishula Therapeutics, and Tizona Therapeutics. Previously, she has held roles including Partner at Pelican Advisors LLC, Board Member at the Biotechnology Innovation Organization and the Foundation for the National Institutes of Health, and Health Innovators' Fellow at the Aspen Institute. Nina graduated from Stanford University and lives in Sausalito, California.
