Bill Frist, M.D., is a Co-Founder and Partner at Frist Cressey Ventures, where he invests in healthcare and healthcare enterprise companies from seed through late-stage. He invests across the United States, including the Great Lakes, Silicon Valley, Greater Seattle Area, and Greater Minneapolis–Saint Paul Area. He serves on the boards of Select Medical, The Nature Conservancy, NashvilleHealth, Tennessee SCORE, and Hope Through Healing Hands, and has invested in companies like Thyme Care, Visana Health, Carta Healthcare, Oshi Health, and MD Ally. Before Frist Cressey Ventures, he was a Special Partner at Cressey & Company and an Adjunct Professor of Cardiac Surgery at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, and he previously served as a Director at Teladoc Health (through 2022) and as a Member of the Board of Trustees of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (through 2022).
