Before Lightspeed, he served in the US Army in roles including Northern Affairs Military Advisor, Project Manager, Strategic Advisor, Reconnaissance Leader (25th Infantry Division), and Military Senate Liaison Officer. Connor attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business and lives in Menlo Park, California.
