Jon Flint

Jon Flint is a Founding Partner at Polaris Partners and Polaris Founders Capital, where he invests from seed through late stage and post-IPO equity across healthcare (biotechnology, therapeutics, genomics, digital health) and consumer/technology sectors (consumer goods, food & beverage, media/entertainment). He primarily invests in the United States, with a focus on the Northeast (Greater Boston, New England, Greater New York) and select markets such as Nashville and San Jose. He serves on the boards of Icelandic Provisions, Caledonia Spirits, and Sarah Flint, and has invested in companies like EXOS, Living Proof, Solidworks, American Superconductor, and JibJab Bros Studios. Previously, he was a Partner at Burr, Egan, Deleage & Company and served on the research team for the Watergate cover-up trial at the Watergate Special Prosecution Force, U.S. Department of Justice. Jon holds degrees from the University of Virginia School of Law and Hobart and William Smith Colleges, and lives in Lincoln, Massachusetts.
