Andrew Schoen is a Partner on the Investment Committee at New Enterprise Associates (NEA), where he invests in Seed, Early stage, Series A, Series B+, Growth stage, and Post-IPO companies across AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Fintech, Frontier Tech, Deep Tech, Software/SaaS, Infrastructure Software, Biotech, and Health. He invests in companies across the United States and Japan. He has invested in companies like Bytedance, Clarifai, Horizon3.ai, Dandelion Energy, and Duolingo. At NEA, he has served as Associate, Principal, and now Partner; prior to NEA, his roles included Analyst at Blackstone, Co-Founder at Flicstart, Private Equity Intern at ABRY Partners, Investment Banking Analyst at CCG Securities, and United States Senate Intern. Andrew studied at Cornell University, was a Schwarzman Scholar, and also attended the University of Cambridge (King’s College) and Yonsei University. He lives in the United States.
