Lily Lyman is a General Partner at Underscore VC, where she invests in Pre-Seed, Seed, Series A, and Series B stage startups across B2B Software, Vertical AI, Workflow Automation, Insurance, Healthcare, and Life Sciences. She invests primarily in the United States, with a focus on the Greater Boston Area and the East Coast. She serves on the boards of WBUR (Member, Board of Directors), New England Venture Capital Association (Board Member, Vice Chair), MIT Sandbox Innovation Fund Program (Funding Board Member), and Allston Venture Fund (Funding Board Member). She has invested in companies like Wonderment, Herald, Hi Marley, Goldcast, and H1.co. Before Underscore VC, she worked in Growth & Connectivity at Facebook, was an Investment Committee Member at Yard Ventures, co-founded NECT, consulted at Dalberg Global Development Advisors, and was on the Boston Chapter leadership team at All Raise. Lily graduated from Harvard University and attended Stanford Graduate School of Business and Columbia Business School, and she lives in Boston, Massachusetts, United States.
