Alaa Murabit is a Global Managing Partner at 500 Global, where she invests from pre-seed and seed through multi-stage/early-stage across sustainable and inclusive growth—spanning climate, health, human development, technology, finance/financial services, security, and ESG. She invests across frontier and emerging markets, including the United States, Mexico, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, India, South Korea (Kyongsang-bukto), and the GCC. She serves on the boards of Girls Not Brides (Board Chair) and Women for Women International (Trustee), and previously served on the boards of the Malala Fund, Gavi, and International Alert. She has invested in companies like Rebookify, Helio AI, Storiaverse, Serpa Cloud, and pop.in.
