He serves on the boards of VulnCheck, Hypernative, Darkhive, Aembit, and ReliaQuest, and has invested in companies like Semperis, NetSPI, Immuta, Kasada, and VulnCheck. Mark studied at McMaster University and York University, and lives in Boston, Massachusetts.
