Lisya Bahar

Lisya Bahar Manoah is a Managing Partner at Arieli Group where she invests in seed, Series A/B, and growth-stage startups across cybersecurity, defense, deep-tech, healthcare, energy, fintech, and agri-tech. She invests in companies across the United States, Israel, and Europe. She serves on the boards of Elron Ventures (Chairperson), RDC Rafael Development Corporation, and Red Access, and has invested in companies like Axonius, CyberRidge, Tamnoon, CyVers AI, and Wander. Before Arieli Group, she was a General Partner at Catalyst Funds and CyberFuture, and a University Lecturer at Tel Aviv University’s Coller School of Management. She studied at Tel Aviv University, Vienna University of Technology, and completed executive education at Harvard Business School, and lives in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.
