Pete Casella

Pete Casella is the Founder & CEO of STACK (Stack Asset Management), where he leads sector-specific venture funds in fintech with initial strategies in Banking & Payments and Capital Markets & Wealth, focusing on early-stage financial infrastructure. He invests in Seed, Series A, and Series B+ companies in the United States across fintech, financial services, deeptech, cybersecurity, and enterprise. He has invested in companies like Ontop. Before STACK, he was a Founding Partner (early-stage fintech) at Point72 Ventures; earlier he was an Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he launched and ran corporate venture efforts covering Chase and Asset Management. Prior to that, he held Director and Vice President roles in Principal Investments (capital markets infrastructure) at Credit Suisse; was a Vice President (venture) at FTV Capital; and earlier served as an Associate, Strategy & Development, and Analyst, Investment Banking (asset managers) at JPMorgan. Pete graduated from Indiana University Bloomington in 2000 and lives in New York City.
