Dylan Emmett

Dylan Emmett is a Partner at Fifth Wall, where he invests across Seed through late-stage venture and private equity rounds in real estate technology, property technology, climate, energy, cleantech, renewables, and residential real estate. He invests in companies across the United States, Europe, Asia, and Brazil. He has invested in companies like Electric Hydrogen, Solarcycle, ButterflyMX, VTS, and Bilt Rewards. Before becoming a Partner, he was a Principal at Fifth Wall; previously, he held roles at McKinsey & Company (Engagement Manager, Associate, Business Analyst) and Edcon (Strategic Assignment Manager). Dylan attended Harvard Business School and lives in Laguna Niguel, California.
