Barr Yaron

Barr Yaron is a Partner at Amplify Partners, where they invest across early to later early-stage rounds (Seed through Series C) in sectors including artificial intelligence and machine learning, developer tools, data and analytics, software, cybersecurity, cloud services, biotechnology, and information technology. Yaron primarily invests in the United States and broader North America, with a focus on the San Francisco Bay Area/Silicon Valley and the U.S. West Coast. They have invested in companies such as dbt Labs, LangChain, Chainguard, Luma AI, and Temporal Technologies. Before Amplify, Yaron held roles including Founder at Women of Startup Nation; Founding General Partner at 20|20 Fund; Scout at Sequoia Capital; Product at dbt Labs; MBA Intern at Benchmark and Bain Capital Ventures; Pre-MBA Intern at Aleph; Data Scientist at Facebook; and Digital Strategy at Parkwood Entertainment.
