Giora Eiland is CEO of GIORA EILAND LTD, where he invests in Seed, Series A, and early-revenue stage startups across Defense Tech, OSINT, and Security/Homeland Security in Israel. He is raising a $100M target fund announced in July 2025. Previously, he served as Head of the National Security Council at the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel, and held roles as Head of the Planning Branch and Head of the Operation Branch in the Israel Defense Forces. He holds a BA in Economics from Bar-Ilan University and also attended Ruppin, and lives in Netanya, Center District, Israel.
