Quin Garcia is the Founder and Managing Director at Autotech Ventures, where he invests from Seed through late stage in mobility and transportation technology, including autonomous vehicles, electrification and EV charging, micro-mobility, marketplaces, and SaaS. He is operating a $150 million fund raised in Spring 2020 and invests globally, including the United States and Europe. He serves on the advisory board of Lyft, and has invested in companies like Lyft, Outdoorsy, Volta Charging, SpotHero, and Frontier Car Group. Before Autotech Ventures, he worked in Automotive Alliances at Better Place and as a Business Analyst at Strategic Management Solutions; earlier, he was a Research Assistant at Stanford University’s Dynamic Design Laboratory, Hybrid Powertrain Team Leader for the Cornell University Hybrid Electric Vehicle Team, and an auto mechanic at Performance Auto Repair. Quin studied at Stanford University.
