Michael Brown is a General Partner at Battery Ventures where he invests in enterprise software, financial services, and technology-enabled business services across seed through later-stage growth and buyouts. He is based in Boston, Massachusetts, and invests in companies in the United States and Europe. He serves on the boards of Cube Software, Hummingbird, Kojo, Shippeo, and ServiceTitan, and has invested in companies including Fairmatic, Novidea, and Omio. Before Battery, he worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the High-Technology Group and the Financial-Institutions Group. Michael graduated from Georgetown University. Battery Ventures most recently raised $2 billion in February 2020.
