Before Team8, she was a Director at Novolog - Delivering Health and held multiple leadership roles at Maccabi Health Care Services, including Founder & CEO of the Kahn Sagol Maccabi Research and Innovation Center, Head of the Primary Care Division, and Founder and Director of the Medical Informatics Department. Varda studied at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and lives in the Tel Aviv District, Israel.
