Orly Mishan

Orly Mishan is a Managing Director, Perceptive Discovery at Perceptive Advisors where she invests in life sciences and healthcare across the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, France, and Israel at stages ranging from Early Stage/Series A to Late Stage, Series B/C and Post-IPO, including conventional debt. She serves on the boards of Adagio Medical Inc. and Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc., and has invested in companies like Omada, BridgeBio, SpringWorks Therapeutics, Affinia Therapeutics, and Caris Life Sciences. Before Perceptive, she was Chief Business Officer and a Board Member at Cerevel Therapeutics, a Principal at Bain Capital Life Sciences, Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Biogen, and held Director roles at Boston Scientific; earlier, she was a Senior Associate at McKinsey & Company and Director of Product & Business Development at Sensors for Medicine & Science (now Senseonics). Orly graduated from Columbia University and lives in Newton Centre, Massachusetts.
