Carol Suh

Carol Suh is a Partner at ARCH Venture Partners, where she invests in Seed, Series A, and Series B stage companies in life sciences across biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, cell and gene therapy, neuroscience, oncology, and immunology. She invests in companies in the San Francisco Bay Area, California, United States. She serves on the boards of Orbital Therapeutics (Co‑founder, Board Member) and Complex Disorders Alliance, and has invested in companies like HI-Bio and Orbital Therapeutics. At ARCH, she joined in 2018 and became Partner in 2021. Previously, she was Co‑Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Neumora (previously COO; SVP, Strategy; VP, Business Development), Board Member at HI-Bio (2021–2024), Associate Director of Corporate Development at Boundless Bio, Business Development and Corporate Strategy Associate and Launch Fellow at Magenta Therapeutics, Senior Associate Consultant at Trinity Partners (now Trinity Life Sciences), and worked in R&D Strategy as an Innovation Fellow at GSK. Carol holds a B.A. in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Harvard, an M.Phil. in Genetics from Yale, and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area, United States.
