Nicholas Brathwaite

Nicholas Brathwaite is Founder and Managing Partner at Celesta Capital, where he invests from Seed through late-stage rounds (Seed, Series A–E, Venture Round) across sectors including Deep Tech, 5G, AI/ML, Automotive, Consumer Electronics, Data Storage and Infrastructure, Enterprise Solutions, HealthTech, IoT, Life Sciences, and Robotics. He invests globally, including the United States (California, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, North Carolina), Israel, India, China, and Dubai. He serves on the boards of Power Integrations (Member, Board of Directors; Chair, Nominating & Governance Committee), Atonarp (Chairman, Board of Directors), Northwestern Mutual Insurance Company (Member, Board of Trustees; Chairman, Finance Committee), Fuller Theological Seminary (Member, Board of Trustees), and Inphi Corporation (Member, Board of Directors; Chair, Nominating & Governance Committee; past). He has invested in companies like Atonarp, Bossa Nova Robotics, BrightSource Energy, Power Integrations, and Inphi Corporation. Before Celesta Capital, he was a Founding General Partner at Riverwood Capital and served as Chief Technology Officer at Katerra. Nicholas graduated from McMaster University and resides in the United States.
