Yuval Shachar is a Managing Partner at Team8 Group, where he focuses on strategy and the ideation, creation, and launch of new funds and companies. He invests at Seed, Series A, Series B, and Growth stages across Israel and the United States, with focus areas including Cybersecurity, Enterprise Software/SaaS, AI/Data Science, FinTech, AdTech/Marketing Tech, Cloud Infrastructure/Networking, and DevSecOps. He serves on the boards of Claroty, Duality Technologies, Yotpo, Datorama, and Unbound Tech, and has invested in companies like OwnBackup, Taboola, Qwilt, Yotpo, and Datorama. Before Team8, he was Co-founder and Managing Partner at Marker and a Partner at Innovation Endeavors, and previously served as Chairman at Qwilt; CEO at P-Cube; CTO at Pentacom; Business-Unit General Manager at Cisco; VP R&D at VocalTec; and held management roles at National Semiconductor and Motorola. Yuval graduated from Tel Aviv University and lives in Israel.
