He is investing from a $525 million fund raised in October 2023 and focuses on companies across the United States and Canada, with an emphasis on the West Coast. He serves on the boards of Inworld AI and Sola Security, and is a board observer at Phaidra. He has invested in companies like Endor Labs, Forward Networks, TollBit, Perceptron AI, and Outtake. Before Section 32, he was a Principal at In-Q-Tel. Wesley studied at The Wharton School, The Lauder Institute (University of Pennsylvania), and Cornell University, and lives in San Francisco.
