Eric Wolford

Eric Wolford is a Venture Partner at Accel Partners where he invests in Seed through Growth Stage (Series D) startups across AI, Enterprise IT and infrastructure, and cybersecurity. He invests primarily in the United States, with a focus on the San Francisco Bay Area and the West Coast. He has invested in companies like Netskope, Cohesity, Vectra, Veza, and Corelight. Previously, he held leadership roles at Riverbed Technology (including President, Products Group; EVP/GM, Products and Marketing; SVP, Marketing, Product Management & BD; and VP, Marketing, Product Management & BD), and served as SVP, Marketing & BD at netVmg (acquired by Internap); VP, Product Management at Inktomi; VP, Product Management & Marketing at Fast Forward Networks (acquired by Inktomi); with earlier roles across sales, process management, product management, marketing, and business development at AT&T. Eric studied at Pepperdine University and the NYU Stern School of Business and resides in Danville, California.
