He also leads ENIAC’s long-term strategy. He serves on the board of Cardinal Cushing Centers and has invested in companies like Level AI, 1upHealth, Embrace, Alloy, and ISEE. Before ENIAC, he was Chief Business Officer at Thumb; Vice President & Head of Business & Market Strategy at Vlingo; a Summer Associate at Charles River Ventures (CRV); Manager in the Global Strategy Group at Samsung Electronics; a Product Manager at Microsoft; an Engineering Team Lead at Pegasystems; and a Software Developer at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Hadley studied at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and lives in New York City.
