Zia Huque is a General Partner at Prime Movers Lab, where he focuses on growth-stage and early growth investments across energy, transportation, infrastructure, manufacturing, human augmentation, agriculture, breakthrough science, and psychedelic medicine. He invests in companies in the United States, including the Southern US, and is investing from a $500 million fund raised in September 2022. He has invested in companies such as CarbonCapture, Lyten, Energy Vault, Boom Supersonic, and Paradromics. Previously, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Deutsche Bank Securities Inc.; Head of Equities, Fixed Income & Currencies for the Americas at Deutsche Bank; and Global Co-Chief Operating Officer, Corporate Banking and Securities at Deutsche Bank. He studied at Williams College and is based in Jackson, Wyoming.
