Amy Nelson

Amy Nelson is a Managing Partner at Rethink Education, where she invests at Pre-Seed, Seed, Series A, and Series B stages across Education Technology, including Pre-K-12, Higher Education, and Workforce & Lifelong Learning. She invests in companies in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. She serves on the boards of montamo and Vivvi, and is a board observer at Acadeum and Orijin. She has invested in companies like CareAcademy, GetSetUp, NoRedInk, Anthill, and Stellic. Before Rethink Education, she was Chief Strategy Officer at Rethink Capital Partners and held roles at Venture for America (CEO, Managing Director, VP of External Relations), B Lab (GIIRS), Cambodian Children's Fund (Director, Development & US Operations), and Benevolent Vision (Associate). Amy studied at NYU Stern School of Business and lives in New York.
