Bill Cilluffo

Bill Cilluffo is a Partner and Head of Early Stage Investments at QED Investors, where he focuses on early-stage fintech and adjacent sectors including lending, consumer finance, insurtech, proptech, HR tech, and adtech. He invests across Seed, Series A, Series B, and later stages in Latin America, Europe, and Asia. He is currently investing out of QED Investors’ $350M Fund VI. His investments include companies like Nubank, Creditas, Konfio, Loft, and minu. Before QED, Bill held senior roles at Capital One, including President, International; President, Capital One Canada; Executive Vice President, Card Partnerships; and earlier VP roles in credit, corporate development, and analytics. Bill holds a degree from the University of Michigan and completed the SEP at Stanford Graduate School of Business, and he lives in McLean, Virginia, United States.
