Annie Ta

Annie Ta is a Partner and Head of Founder Ecosystem at Pear VC, where she focuses on investments across Technology, Education, Financial Services, and AI at the pre-seed, seed, Series A, and Series B stages. She invests in companies across the United States, including California and the Southern US, and has invested in companies like DoorDash, Gusto, Viz.ai, Vanta, and WindBorne Systems. Before Pear VC, she was Co-Founder and Principal at Penknife Collective and held multiple roles at Pinterest, including Head of Inclusive Product, Head of Creator Tools and Platform, Head of Audience Growth Product, Product Lead for Emotional Wellbeing (Emerging Products), Product Manager, and Corporate Communications; she was also a Product Manager at Thumbtack, participated in First Round Capital’s Angel Track program, and worked in Corporate Communications at Facebook. Annie graduated from Stanford University and lives in San Francisco, California.
