Ren Riley is a General Partner at Fin Capital, where he focuses on B2B enterprise SaaS FinTech companies and invests across stages from pre-seed to public. He invests primarily in the United States and China, with sector experience spanning FinTech, B2B FinTech, SaaS, enterprise software and services, consumer internet, and digital media. He currently serves on the boards of SamCart, Thayer Ventures, Lianlian Yintong Electronic Payment Co., Ltd., and Hipmunk.
Previously, Ren was an Investment Partner at Fin Capital; Co‑Founder and Managing Director at Enclave Liquidity Partners; and held multiple roles at Oak Investment Partners, including Vice President, General Partner, and Venture Partner. Earlier, he was Principal at Robertson Stephens, and later CEO of Robertson Stephens and Robertson Stephens Advisors, and President of Robertson Stephens Partners. Ren has invested in companies including Hipmunk, Lianlian Pay, Photobucket, iCrossing, and Centric Software. He graduated from Dartmouth College and resides in San Francisco, California.
