Paul McCreadie is Managing Partner & COO at Arboretum Ventures, where he invests from seed through growth (including Series A–D, venture rounds, and private equity) in healthcare across medical devices, diagnostics, therapeutics, life science tools, health IT, and healthcare services. His focus includes companies using medical devices, life science tools & diagnostics, and tech-enabled care delivery to improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare system costs. He primarily invests in the United States with a focus on the Midwest (including Michigan and the Great Lakes/Greater Detroit Area). He serves on the boards of Cardiac Dimensions and Adavium Medical, and has invested in companies like Delphinus Medical Technologies, BioIQ, Rethink First, Wellfount Corporation, and ArborMetrix. Before Arboretum, he was CEO of ArborMetrix and COO of CerviLenz, Inc. Paul holds degrees from the University of Michigan and the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan, United States.
