Rob Metzger

Rob Metzger is a General Partner at MissionOG where he invests across Financial Services, Payments, Data Platforms, Software, and B2B Technology at Early and Growth stages (Series A–C), primarily in the United States including the Great Lakes and Midwestern regions. He serves on the boards of Payroc, North Mountain Merger Corp., Infinicept (Board Observer), Venminder (Board Observer), and USA Technologies Inc., and has invested in companies like Payroc, Infinicept, Venminder, USA Technologies Inc., and WageWorks. Before MissionOG, he was a Senior Director at William Blair and a Clinical Assistant Professor of Finance and Director of the Investment Banking Academy at the Gies College of Business, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Rob studied at the Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and lives in Chicago, Illinois.
