Semyon Dukach

Semyon Dukach is a Founding Partner at One Way Ventures, where he backs immigrant tech founders across sectors. He invests across Angel, Pre-Seed, Seed, Convertible Notes, and Series A–C stages, primarily in the United States and Canada, with a focus on Software, Fintech, Financial Services, and Tech. He serves on the advisory board of Horasis and is a founding board member of Cash For Refugees / See Forward, and has invested in companies like Chipper Cash, Nuvocargo, Influ2, DRESSX, and Kebotix. Before One Way Ventures, he was Managing Director (later Managing Director Emeritus) at Techstars Boston, and previously served as Chairman of the Board at SharpSpring and SMTP, and as a Director at Terrafugia and Global Cycle Solutions. Semyon holds an MS in Computer Science from MIT and a BS in Computer Science from Columbia University, and lives in Boston.
