Josh Stein

Josh Stein is Founder and Managing Partner at Threshold Ventures, where he focuses on early-stage investments in healthcare and enterprise software. He invests primarily in the United States, particularly Silicon Valley and the West Coast, across early-stage through later rounds (Series A–D). Threshold Ventures targeted a $250 million fund in July 2019. He serves on the boards of Databook, LaunchDarkly, LendKey, Sanity, and Talkdesk, and has invested in companies including AngelList, Doximity, Front, Loftium, and Rippling. Previously, Josh was VP at Telephia; co-founder, director, and chief strategy officer at ViaFone; held product management roles at Microsoft and NetObjects; and was a management consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. He earned his MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and lives in Menlo Park, California.
