Dan Rosen

Dan Rosen is Founder & General Partner at Commerce Ventures, investing in fintech, commerce, and financial services across Pre-Seed, Seed, and Series A–D stages. He invests primarily in the United States (including the San Francisco Bay Area) and also in the United Kingdom and Singapore. He has invested in companies like Bill.com, Marqeta, Socure, Forter, and WePay. Before Commerce Ventures, he was a Principal at Highland Capital Partners; Advisor to the President & Board at the Electronic Transactions Association; served on the Founding Executive Committee of First Growth Venture Network; and held roles in Corporate Development/Strategy at RSA (The Security Division of EMC), as an Associate at HarbourVest Partners, Senior Analyst at Reach Incubator, Business Analyst at American Management Systems, and a Summer IT Intern at John Hancock Financial Services. Dan graduated from Harvard Business School and The Wharton School, and lives in San Francisco, California.
