Peter Hebert

Peter Hebert is a Co-Founder & Partner at Lux Capital where he invests in seed, early-stage, and growth rounds (including Series A, B, and D) across technology, energy, healthcare, deep science, robotics, engineering, electronics, biotechnology, machine learning, 3D printing/imaging, computer science, and infrastructure. He serves on the board of Boys & Girls Clubs of the Peninsula and has invested in companies like Auris Health, Everspin Technologies, Luxtera, Matterport, and Bright Machines. His investment focus includes scientifically and technologically ambitious ventures such as 3D printing and imaging, nuclear waste cleanup, machine learning, and robotics (including microsurgery). Before Lux Capital, he was Co-Founder & Director at Lux Research and worked in equity research at Lehman Brothers. Peter graduated from Syracuse University and lives in Menlo Park, California. He invests in companies in the United States (including Silicon Valley, the San Francisco Bay Area, New York, and Massachusetts) and select international markets such as Madrid and Noord-Holland.
