He backs early-stage (Series A–B) startups across the United States and Israel. He is operating out of a $400M fund raised in December 2022. He serves on the boards of Stream.Security, SecuriThings, Cyberpion, Informed.IQ, and Qnovo, and has invested in companies like Hunters, Medigate by Claroty, Epsagon, HelloSign, and Zerto. Jacques studied at Carnegie Mellon University and the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, and lives in Menlo Park, California.
