Kahini Shah is a Partner at Obvious Ventures where she invests in Early Stage and Growth Stage startups, including Seed, Series A, Series B, and Series C rounds, across sectors such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Biotechnology, Financial Services and Insurance, and health-focused themes spanning Planetary, Human, and Economic Health. Previously, she was a Principal at Obvious Ventures, an Investor at Gradient Ventures (Google), a Lead Associate and Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, part of the Engineering Leadership Development Program and a Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin, and a Research Intern at Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory; she has also served as an AI Phase II Reviewer at the National Science Foundation.
