She invests across North America (United States and Canada) in sectors including healthcare technology, digital health, biotech/pharma AI, AI, SaaS, enterprise software, consumer marketplaces, proptech, and medical devices/robotics. She serves on the boards of BetterUp, Brightline, Tia, Verge Genomics, and Imagen Technologies, and has invested in companies like Transcarent, Elation Health, Freshpaint, ODAIA, and Vital. Threshold Ventures targeted a $250M fund in July 2019. Emily holds a BA in Political Science and Philosophy from Stanford University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and lives in Portola Valley, California.
