He is part of Bain Capital Ventures’ $1.9 billion fundraise announced in February 2023. He serves on the boards of Nebulock and krea.ai, and has invested in companies like Decagon, Cognition, Norm AI, Prophet Security, and Unstructured Technologies. Rak graduated from UCLA and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.
